The Clive Christian perfume house was born in 1999 when Clive Christian, an internationally renowned designer—appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire in 2012 for his services to the luxury goods industry—decided to acquire the Crown Perfumery Company, an ancient brand founded in 1872 to which the royal family had granted the use of Queen Victoria's crown on its bottles. A symbol that still distinguishes every creation of the brand today, embodying exclusivity, British pride, and unparalleled refinement. Clive Christian perfumes are complex and masterful compositions, the result of a harmonization process that starts with the selection of the best natural ingredients grown in ideal conditions all over the world.
