Shipping Information
N.B. During promotional periods and/or sales, shipping costs may be subject to changes.
All customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with Mescolanze S.R.L. and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests a return to the sender, all shipping costs charged to Mescolanze S.R.L. will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
Orders are shipped by Mescolanze S.R.L. from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 17:30. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
We would like to remind our new customers that Mescolanze S.R.L. may ask Paypal to verify the transaction, including by contacting the counterparty bank, before the actual charge is made to the customer's credit card. This verification could cause some delay in the shipment of your first order.
Orders for items already available are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of stock availability; delivery times are generally 2/3 working days, though delivery times may be longer depending on availability.
The credit card will be charged on the day of the order.

In all cases, Mescolanze S.R.L. reserves the right to postpone shipment in the event of force majeure.
Shipments in Italy and abroad are carried out via Express Courier by Mescolanze S.R.L. As required by trade regulations, all shipments are accompanied by an official invoice stating the value of the individual items in Euros. For items on sale, the invoice shows the discounted amounts.
Mescolanze S.R.L. shipments are not insured against theft and accidental damage, but insurance can be requested. Should such a request be explicitly made, the insurance loses its validity once the shipment reaches its destination.
The assortment available on Mescolanze S.R.L. reflects the exact availability of each item by size and color. The website is in fact connected in real-time with all warehouses belonging to Mescolanze S.R.L. thanks to a system created by the company MagicStore, synonymous with security and IT precision. Once the order request is received, the Orders department reserves the right to reconfirm the availability of the items purchased, the validity of the transaction via credit card, and to verify the details of previous transactions made by the Customer on Mescolanze S.R.L. In the event that the ordered items are not available, or if for any reason the order cannot be processed as requested by the Customer, the Orders office will promptly notify the Customer.
